I’ve always been deeply interested in people and what makes them tick. It was this curiosity about human experience, relationships, and personal growth that first drew me to train to be a psychotherapist nearly ten years ago.
I see being a therapist as an immense privilege where I'm able to walk alongside my clients as they come to understand themselves more fully. Through my long, intensive, and broad-based training and working with patients and clients, from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances, this has equipped me to help explore what brings you into therapy and beyond.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic. I don’t see therapy as telling you where to go or what to do, but as working together to help you navigate what feels right and meaningful for you. I aim to create a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and experiences at your own pace, while feeling genuinely heard and understood.
Therapy is a shared journey, and my role is to support and accompany you through that process with care, honesty, and respect. If you feel that working together could be helpful, I would welcome the opportunity to explore that with you.

Whether you're facing crisis, inner conflict, or change, therapy can help you feel more confident in yourself, and better equipped to face life’s challenges. Therapy isn’t only for times of crisis.
Together, we can explore your past, present, and future, unlock your potential for growth, and support you in leading a more fulfilling life. My intention is to support you in aiming up whilst at the same time being patient, caring and compassionate towards how things are with you right now.
My integrative and transpersonal approach allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, recognising that each person's experiences, circumstances, and goals are unique. I offer both longer-term and short-term therapy, depending on what feels most appropriate for you.
For those seeking deeper self-exploration, I specialise in longer-term transpersonal psychotherapy, providing a space to take a deeper dive into your inner world. Together, we can explore unconscious patterns, beliefs, and aspects of yourself through creative and experiential approaches such as dream work, sand tray work, breathwork, guided visualisation, and active imagination. This work can help foster greater self-awareness, emotional healing, personal growth, and a stronger sense of meaning and purpose.
I also offer shorter-term therapy that is more goal-orientated and centred on addressing specific challenges, developing coping strategies, and creating meaningful change in the areas of life that matter most to you.
Starting therapy can feel daunting and finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is an important first step. To support this, I offer a free 15-minute call where we can briefly discuss what is bringing you to therapy and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
If you decide to continue, we can arrange an initial consultation, where I can learn more about your background and the concerns you would like to explore.
If we agree to work together, we will schedule a regular weekly session held on the same day and time each week. Sessions last 50 minutes. Regular attendance is important, as consistency helps therapy to be most effective.
Sessions take place in comfortable rooms located in central Brighton, as well as online. I currently have availability for new clients on Mondays, Wednesday evenings, Friday mornings and Saturday mornings.
My fee is £75 per 50-minute session.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, 48 hours’ notice is required.
If you would like to arrange an introductory call, please feel free to get in touch.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how therapy works, or to arrange a free 15-minute introductory call. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right person to help.
You can also call me on 07713 132317 if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment.
